COVID-19 And Its Impact On Our Events

With ongoing restrictions and regulations across the country in response to COVID-19, the CMT-CMF team wants to communicate the steps we are taking to safely move forward with our postponed live events. The health and safety of our guests is our top priority.

As cities and states begin to lift restrictions and reopen, our team is staying in close contact with our event venues and local government authorities to protect each CMF event attendee. Based on current information, we are continuing to move forward with the following 2020 events, with potential restrictions/guidelines in place:

Membership Medicine 101
Pre-Conference Workshop
Thursday, September 24, 2020 | 9am-5pm EST

2020 CONCIERGE MEDICINE FORUM
2-Day Live Event
September 25-25, 2020
Friday, 9am-6pm EST;
Saturday, 9am-12pm/Noon EST

Restrictions are being analyzed on a city-by-city/week-to-week basis to align with the guidance given by local and state authorities, as well as the CDC. Thank you for your patience as so much has changed! Again, we care about your health and safety. We will follow all necessary guidelines to make sure you feel safe and comfortable throughout the event. Please refer to http://www.ConciergeMedicineFORUM.com for any updates and/or additional information about our upcoming events. We can’t wait to see you in the next few weeks!

Cancellation and Refund Policy

CMF event ticket purchases are transferrable if you are unable to attend. In the case an event has to be cancelled with no plan to reschedule, tickets purchased will be refunded. If an event gets postponed, moved to a virtual platform/event or rescheduled to a future date, the tickets will automatically transfer to that future event date.
