+ WHEN IS THE CONFERENCE?

The 2020 Concierge Medicine Forum hosted by Concierge Medicine Today (CMT) begins on November 12, at 9a.m. EDT and goes through Saturday, November 14 at 12 p.m. EDT.

But even though the conference ends on November 14th, all ticket holders will now have their access to all conference videos and content automatically extended! Once the conference ends on November 14th, ticket holders can still watch all the content, including keynotes and Q&As that were originally streamed live, through December 31st.

Originally the conference was scheduled in the fall of 2020, but the COVID-19 pandemic required us to shut down venue, filming and protect our speakers, attendees and staff/crew. As a result, we’ve had to move the conference to the new November virtual dates.

+ WHERE IS THE CONFERENCE?

This year’s conference is completely online, so you can access it on your laptop, tablet, phone, or TV!

+ WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

All tickets are non-refundable, but they ARE transferrable.

We do not apply discounts retroactively.

Once you have registered, your fees will not be adjusted downward based on any sponsorship, promo code, discount or any other reason.Virtual tickets are only valid for one user.

Concierge Medicine Today does not and is not obligated to provide a credit voucher to registered attendee(s) who do not attend the event they registered for or said they did not receive the multiple reminder(s) for. We recommend attendees routinely check their Junk Mail folder or SPAM if they feel they cannot find their login or URLs to attend the event.

+ WHAT IS YOUR TRANSFER TICKET POLICY?

Event ticket purchases are transferrable if you are unable to attend but not refundable. If you’ve purchased a ticket and are not able to attend for some reason, we encourage you to watch all of these on-demand sessions and presentations at our on-demand FOR DOCTORS Virtual Vault until December 31st, 2020 at midnight.

We are not responsible for and will not refund individual or corporate attendees for any expenses related to your planned conference attendance in-person or digital. If an event or presenter gets postponed or rescheduled to a future date or is unable to attend, the tickets will automatically transfer to that future event date or an event credit for use towards another future event will be offered upon request.

WHEN DO I REGISTER FOR BREAKOUTS?

Because this event will be virtual/online, there’s no need. You can view them live or on-demand after they’ve occurred until December 31st, 2020.

+ CAN I PURCHASE MULTIPLE TICKETS?

Absolutely! We’ve intentionally priced tickets low to encourage you to purchase multiple tickets for your staff, invited colleagues and special friends or even your spouse! At checkout, we’ll ask for YOUR contact information, and leading up to the conference, we’ll collect the email addresses for your additional tickets.

+ WHAT IS INCLUDED WITH MY TICKET?

Each ticket buys a login and password for one person to access the online 2020 Concierge Medicine Forum. Dependent upon what level of ticket you purchased will determine the access to content you are able to acquire.

WILL YOU HAVE TRANSLATORS?

At this time, we do not offer translators or translation services.

WILL SLIDE DECKS of PRESENTERS/SPEAKERS BE AVAILABLE?

We do provide ALL (upon permission we receive from the Speaker) presenter “Slide Decks” to our “paid” and registered attendees after the event is over.

Why Don’t You Hand Out Slide Decks of Presenters BEFORE The Event?

Great question. We’ve been doing this for a very long time. We understand the needs our attendees and our Speakers. We routinely have over 50% of our Speakers so excited about their presentation at our FORUM that they often make last minute adjustments to their presentations to you at the last minute. Therefore, it’s impossible to have all those changes inserted and distributed to our attendees before the event.

Because this year’s conference is 100% online and personalized to your email address, you won’t be able to cancel, sell, or transfer your ticket.

The exact details are still in progress, but the keynotes and Q&As will happen each day of the conference starting with Keynotes at 12pm-1pm EST and immediately following a “Master Class” Breakout with a subject matter expert whom will also be live and answer your most pressing questions. If you can’t join us for a live session, don’t worry! All of the streams will be available on-demand once they have concluded.

+ When Will I Get Access to CMF 2020?

Approximately one week before the CMF, you’ll receive an email at the email address you provided at registration. It will contain your username and password for logging in to the CMF virtual conference platform. CMTs CMF 2020 content will be available beginning at 12 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time (EST) on Tuesday, November 10, 2020.

+ How Can I Leverage This for My Staff?

Another good question! CMTs CMF 2020 is a great opportunity for you to gather your staff or peers for group training and important discussions.

+ Why Should I Purchase Tickets for My Staff?

CMTs CMF 2020 will feature an on-demand staff customer service training session each day. You can leverage the CMT CMF 2020 Forum to train your staff while you also accessing some great bite size content too!

+ Do I Have to Download Anything to Watch the Conference?

Nope! If you have a ticket, you can access CMF 2020 right from your browser. That said, glitches do happen. All access links and login info will be provided to PAID ticket holders prior to the CMF 2020 Forum.

+ Will Tickets Sell Out?

Nope! Because CMF 2020 is 100% online, limited seating and crowded bathrooms between sessions are not issues. So, the more, the merrier.
