+ WHEN IS THE CONFERENCE?

The 2020 Concierge Medicine Forum hosted by Concierge Medicine Today (CMT) begins on November 12, at 9a.m. EDT and goes through Saturday, November 14 at 12 p.m. EDT.

But even though the conference ends on November 14th, all ticket holders will now have their access to all conference videos and content automatically extended! Once the conference ends on November 14th, ticket holders can still watch all the content, including keynotes and Q&As that were originally streamed live, through December 31st.

Originally the conference was scheduled in the fall of 2020, but the COVID-19 pandemic required us to shut down venue, filming and protect our speakers, attendees and staff/crew. As a result, we’ve had to move the conference to the new November virtual dates.

This year’s conference is completely online, so you can access it on your laptop, tablet, phone, or TV!

How to Access The 2020-2021 CONCIERGE MEDICINE FORUM

Go to www.ForDoctorsForum.org to “CHOOSE A PLAN”, then create a log in using your email address and name. Do I Need Any Special Equipment to Participate in the Virtual 2020 CMF?

To participate in the Virtual 2020 CMF, you will only need an Internet connection (hi-speed recommended) and a supported web browser (most up-to-date version of Google Chrome, Firefox or Safari). Internet Explorer is not recommended. If you would like to participate in video networking, you’ll need to have a working webcam and mic. Tip: Make sure pop-ups are allowed in your browser to ensure all windows open automatically.

DO I GET A REFUND IF I AM UNABLE TO LOG-IN?

See our refund policy below. The simple answer is NO.

We provide 6-weeks of on-demand access via our online Community at www.ForDoctorsForum.org to our conference materials, speakers and presentations. So whether you are unable to log-in at a certain time or have issues logging in … all tickets are non-refundable, but they ARE transferrable. Unused tickets have no cash value and will not be refunded.

Manage the Notifications You Receive

You have full control over the notifications you receive in our Virtual 2020 CMF Mighty Network. You can receive email notifications, mobile notifications, both email and mobile notifications, or you can turn notification off altogether.

By default, notifications are turned on and you’ll receive activity that’s relevant to you—such as when someone sends you a message, replies to your comment, or cheers your contribution. But if you’re sensitive to receiving a lot of email or mobile notifications, you can be proactive about adjusting them down.

How to Adjust Your Notifications

When you’re on the web, you can adjust the notifications you receive by clicking on your profile photo (in the upper right hand corner) and selecting Your Settings > Notifications.

In the mobile apps, you can adjust your settings by going to Your Profile > Personal Settings > Notifications.

Only if you have the mobile app installed will you also see the option to choose whether you want to receive mobile push notifications in addition to (or instead of) email notifications.

Choose Email Frequency

If you prefer to only get one email every day with a roundup of all your notifications, you can select to receive a daily digest.

The daily digest email will be sent to you at the end of the day with a collection of your notifications. Otherwise, you can select to get notifications as activity happens.

Once you’ve selected the how you want to be notified, you can toggle which types of notifications you want to receive.

Concierge Medicine Forum Guidelines

We need your help to keep Concierge Medicine Forum as valuable, authentic, and safe as possible.

Here are our guidelines:

Be supportive. Encourage and support your fellow members. No one here is looking for your criticism, cynicism, advice, or judgement. (We can get those things on the rest of the Internet).

Share generously. Your stories and experiences may be exactly what another member needs to hear today to solve a problem or seize an opportunity.

Be constructive. We’re here to push each other forward and lift each other up. Find ways to help each other think bigger, reframe challenges, and stay curious.

Don’t spam, promote, or troll. This community exists to help you learn. Give more than you take to this group. Self-promotion, spam and irrelevant links aren’t allowed. It’s not a place to spam, promote your services, or bully anyone else.

+ WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

All tickets are non-refundable, but they ARE transferrable. Unused tickets have no cash value and will not be refunded.

We do not apply discounts retroactively.

Once you have registered, your fees will not be adjusted downward based on any sponsorship, promo code, discount or any other reason. Virtual tickets are only valid for one user.

Concierge Medicine Today does not and is not obligated to provide a credit voucher to registered attendee(s) who do not attend the event they registered for or said they did not receive the multiple reminder(s) for. We recommend attendees routinely check their Junk Mail folder or SPAM if they feel they cannot find their login or URLs to attend the event.

+ WHAT IS YOUR TRANSFER TICKET POLICY?

Event ticket purchases are transferrable if you are unable to attend but not refundable. If you’ve purchased a ticket and are not able to attend for some reason, we encourage you to watch all of these on-demand sessions and presentations at our on-demand FOR DOCTORS Virtual Vault until December 31st, 2020 at midnight.

We are not responsible for and will not refund individual or corporate attendees for any expenses related to your planned conference attendance in-person or digital. If an event or presenter gets postponed or rescheduled to a future date or is unable to attend, the tickets will automatically transfer to that future event date or an event credit for use towards another future event will be offered upon request.

+ IS CMF 2020 ON SOCIAL MEDIA?

Yep! You can find us on Instagram, Facebook, the FOR DOCTORS FORUM, and on LinkedIn.

MY PAYMENT ISN’T WORKING! WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Oh, no! We are so sorry to hear that. Please email the CMT FORUM team at editor@conciergemedicinetoday.com or call (770) 455-1650 ext 151 so we can help you with your payment.

WHEN DO I REGISTER FOR BREAKOUTS?

Because this event will be virtual/online, there’s no need. You can view them live or on-demand after they’ve occurred until December 31st, 2020.

If there’s a topic you want to see us cover, or you have a question or you want to get in touch directly with a presenter, obtain their slide deck(s), etc., please email the CMT FORUM team at editor@conciergemedicinetoday.com or call (770) 455-1650 ext if you have any questions or comments and we’ll be happy to help.

+ CAN I PURCHASE MULTIPLE TICKETS?

Absolutely! We’ve intentionally priced tickets low to encourage you to purchase multiple tickets for your staff, invited colleagues and special friends or even your spouse! At checkout, we’ll ask for YOUR contact information, and leading up to the conference, we’ll collect the email addresses for your additional tickets.

+ WHAT IS INCLUDED WITH MY TICKET?

Each ticket buys a login and password for one person to access the online 2020 Concierge Medicine Forum. Dependent upon what level of ticket you purchased will determine the access to content you are able to acquire.

WILL YOU HAVE TRANSLATORS?

At this time, we do not offer translators or translation services.

WILL SLIDE DECKS of PRESENTERS/SPEAKERS BE AVAILABLE?

We do provide ALL (upon permission we receive from the Speaker) presenter “Slide Decks” to our “paid” and registered attendees after the event is over.

Why Don’t You Hand Out Slide Decks of Presenters BEFORE The Event?

Great question. We’ve been doing this for a very long time. We understand the needs our attendees and our Speakers. We routinely have over 50% of our Speakers so excited about their presentation at our FORUM that they often make last minute adjustments to their presentations to you at the last minute. Therefore, it’s impossible to have all those changes inserted and distributed to our attendees before the event.

I’M INTERESTED IN BEING A VENDOR OR SPONSOR.

The CMT FORUM Conference does offer opportunities for vendor exhibitions and speaking opportunities at the event. Please email the CMT FORUM Team at editor@conciergemedicinetoday.com or call 770-455-1650 x 151 if you have any questions.

+ CAN I CANCEL, TRANSFER, OR SELL MY TICKET?

Because this year’s conference is 100% online and personalized to your email address, you won’t be able to cancel, sell, or transfer your ticket.

+ WHAT DO YOU MEAN WHEN YOU SAY CMF 2020 WILL INVOLVE “MASTER CLASSES”?

Great question! Each day or the Conference you’ll get access to a LIVE “MASTER CLASS” taught by one of our instructors, a Physician or industry insider. They’ll share with you downloadable content, their slide decks and more – all centered around a few important but different topics. Learn from master teachers and industry experts as they tackle the most pressing problems you are encountering in your practice.

It will contain your username and password for logging in to the CMF virtual conference platform. CMTs CMF 2020 content will be available beginning at 12 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time (EST) on Tuesday, November 10, 2020.

+ How Can I Leverage This for My Staff?

Another good question! CMTs CMF 2020 is a great opportunity for you to gather your staff or peers for group training and important discussions.
